Design freely.
Deliver intelligently.

Keep modelling in the tools you already use. Ginger automates the BIM conversion and streamlines metadata input into a clear, intuitive workflow.

No retraining, no disruption, just smarter delivery.

The problem

Architects design in SketchUp or Rhino: fast, open, made for exploration.

However, to coordinate and deliver, the design model needs to be converted into structured BIM.

So it’s handed to a BIM team and re-modelled from scratch.

And every discipline ends up fighting over it.

The whole thing is rebuilt, design intent is lost, and weeks disappear.

The promise

Ginger bridges that gap: your design model becomes BIM elements directly. No re-model, no middle-man converting CAD to BIM. Designers and consultants work on one model, end to end.

Built for your role

Whatever your part, the friction’s gone.

Find your role, and see how Ginger takes the fight out of it.

Architects & Designers

Design faster.

Keep modelling in SketchUp or Rhino, and get real BIM and your drawing set on the way out. No re-modelling, no manual drafting.

BIM Managers & Coordinators

Coordinate without chaos.

One shared workspace and a common data environment put every discipline on one model: tracked, version-clean, clashes caught early.

Explore

Submission Leads & QPs

Clear the gateways.

Validate against IFC-SG and export the structured file BCA expects, so CORENET-X submission falls out of the work, not on top of it.

Explore

The Singapore payoff

And submission just flows.

Work this way and you’re already submission-ready.

Ginger speaks IFC-SG natively and exports the structured 3D IFC-SG file the gateways need, so from Design Gateway to Construction Gateway, your model is ready, not redone.

Step 1
Your coordinated workflow
Model and documentation already live in one streamlined, coordinated place.
The data standard
IFC-SG-ready
The structured model format BCA expects, produced natively, not converted at the end.
The submission system
CORENET-X gateways
Design Gateway & Construction Gateway: your IFC-SG model is ready to clear them.

IFC-SG is the data standard. CORENET-X is the submission system. Submission is the exit, not the entrance.

Common questions

What is Ginger?
Ginger is a cloud BIM platform that turns models from Rhino, SketchUp, and other design tools into structured building information.
Who is Ginger for?
Ginger is for architects, designers, BIM teams, and project teams who want to use flexible design tools while producing structured BIM deliverables.
Does Ginger replace Rhino or SketchUp?
No. Ginger works with Rhino, SketchUp, and other design tools. It adds BIM structure, metadata, collaboration, and delivery workflows on top of existing design models.
Does Ginger support CORENET-X?
Ginger is built to support Singapore BIM delivery workflows, including CORENET-X, IFC-SG, and IFC-based project information.
Does Ginger guarantee regulatory approval?
No. Ginger helps teams prepare structured model information, but regulatory submission and approval remain the responsibility of the project team and relevant Qualified Persons.
How much does Ginger cost?
Ginger has a free plan for your first real project — no card needed. Paid plans start at S$105/month and add more projects, 2D drawing documentation, and higher component caps. See the pricing page for the full comparison.
Do I need to install anything?
You keep modelling in your existing design tools — just add the Ginger connector plugin to your design tool (e.g. Rhino or SketchUp) to send models to Ginger. The shared workspace — model viewing, coordination, metadata, and delivery — runs in the browser.
Can consultants and clients view the model for free?
Yes. Every plan includes unlimited viewers — only editors need a paid seat. Consultants, clients, and reviewers can view the shared model at no extra cost.
Does Ginger produce 2D drawings?
Yes. On paid plans, Ginger generates 2D drawing documentation directly from the model, together with smart schedules, so drawings stay consistent with the BIM.
What does Ginger export?
Ginger exports structured IFC, including the IFC-SG format used for CORENET-X submissions. The free plan exports geometry; paid plans include full property sets.
